I was able to figure it out by setting /srv/www/htdocs/config/core.php into debug. Turns out that I didnt have write permission to some configuration files. Getting error message "Could not open database config file for writting" I noticed in this setup tutorial that you took a screenshot of this exact message but was never addressed.
